Hello Again!

Happy 2023!

As we round the corner and head into spring shortly (well, hopefully), we are gearing up for our next farm summer season.  Lots of excitement around here!

Last year we “broke ground” on many things - new flower beds, new farm animal enterprises, new experiences at farmers markets…the list goes on.  Life is happening on the farm, and we have more new things on the docket for this season.  There is so much to update you all on!

But first, Lance and I wanted to share how thankful we are to be your farmers. We both turned the corner and celebrated our 40th birthdays this past January.  It’s a good point to stop and reflect on this good life.

We want you to know that we treasure the opportunity to steward and care for this land while raising nutrient dense meats, eggs, flowers, and honey.

Thank you for being our faithful friends and customers, and for supporting our family farm.

As a hospitality and learning farm, we want to make opportunities for you all to come visit us on the farm, meet our animals, partake in activities, and enjoy all that farm life has to offer.

We are working on several workshops that we will be pioneering this summer, such as Mother/Daughter Flower Crown-Making and other flower activities, Equine-Assisted Learning (that’s fancy for doing stuff with horses) for groups, families, and individuals, Meet n’ Greets with the baby goats and other animals, Flower Harvesting at sunset, Regenerative Agriculture Farm Tours, and….whew!

There’s more up our sleeves, but for now just want to say: stay tuned this spring for more info!

Your Farmers,

Lance and Chrissy

PS - We’ve just had our lambs and a couple of goats butchered. This meat will be available soon on our farm store and will be available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested because we have limited quantities of our ground lamb, lamb chops and leg of lamb.
